Everything was really good, the room is spacious, the bathroom had several amenities, the staff were nice, the location was perfect, the room was very clean.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is excellent—very close to subway and train stations, so it was easy to get around the city. The breakfast buffet was really good, with plenty of options to start the day. Overall, a comfortable and convenient hotel for exploring Berlin. Great if you travel with kids.

Breakfast was just perfect - the kids were happy to cook fresh waffles and eat sliced fruits. Grown-ups were enjoying the variety of cold buffet fish and other delicacies. The location is just 2 minutes walk from Potsdamer Platz and that means all important sightseeing was within reach for us. We also got a free family-room upgrade which we much appreciated!

The hotel offered an outstanding experience, with excellent service and a prime location on Potsdamer Platz, putting everything within easy reach. The breakfast was superb, with an impressive variety of options to satisfy any preference, and the rooms were spacious, functional, and designed with a clean, Scandinavian aesthetic that added to the overall comfort. Having a metro station within the building and a store next door made the stay even more convenient, while the surrounding restaurants provided endless dining choices. Altogether, it was a perfect blend of style, convenience, and thoughtful details.

Great breakfast, location, beds were comfortable and there were fine indoor parking facilities. The hotel had everything you need for shorter stay all the key things needed to give you a good nights sleep, top breakfast to start the day and a central location in a quiet street.

Excellent breakfast choices. Really clean rooms, though at request. The staff were really, really helpful, which was amazing. It really improves the standard of accommodation! The cocktails in the bar were really good and it was such a beautiful and romatic bar!

Room was nice. We had two single beds. The bathroom was quire big. The breakfasts were great with lots of options. Walking distance to Potsdamer Platz and other tourist attractions. Very near to the train station

We were upgraded from a family room to two interconnecting rooms which we really appreciated. The room were very pretty and beds were comfortable. Children were given cocktail vouchers for the bar which they loved. The bar was really lovely, excellent wines and cocktails, with a happy hour and a sweet children’s area. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
